Installation

Simply run the install program (DAWSound_setup.msi) and select the path that you want to install it to.

Setup

The only thing to set up is the MIDI ports. DAWSound can work with virtual MIDI ports and hardware MIDI ports.

If you're using DAWSound on the same computer as your DAW, then you can use the free loopMIDI from Tobias Erichsen.

If you're using DAWSound on a different computer (like a laptop with a touchscreen) than your DAW, then you can use the free rtpMIDI from Tobias Erichsen.

If you don't have a Windows multi-touch monitor, but you have an Android/Apple device, you can use SpaceDesk to simulate a Windows multi-touch monitor on your Android/Apple device...and it's free! Download it Download it here

If you have any issues with DAWSound stealing focus from your DAW when you use DAWSound, then you can try two free programs to try to fix it: TeamPlayer and MouseMux
